During my recent stay over Christmas, I enjoyed having access to 24-hour front desk service. It was reassuring knowing that help was always available. the hotel's close proximity to the plaza was convenient - we were able to walk there easily. Another advantage was the helpful staff who were always ready to assist us.

One downside was having to leave the key with front desk every time we left the hotel. It made me uncomfortable knowing that someone had access to our room while we were away.

During my stay, I found the hotel staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Any questions or request I had were promptly taken care of by the 24-hour front desk. Additionally, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, as it was a short walk away from the plaza.

The hotel has a great location, being close to the plaza. It is easy to walk to the plaza from here. the front desk staff is available 24 hours to assist you in case you need anything. They are very helpful and responsive. the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Leaving the room key at the front desk every time you leave may cause some discomfort.
